Unscheduled Server Downtime
Following an unexpected maintenance issue from our server host, our servers will be down this evening from 22:00 BST 14/10/2022 to 07:00 GMT 15/10/2022.
This is a one-off occurrence as the servers are being physically moved to another data centre.
This will unfortunately affect all parts of our systems, including all API requests and Widgets (Cruise Search, Brochure Rack, Ship iFrames).
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we will send a follow up notice as soon as the server are back up and running.
