System Data Issue
A major issue with our server host is currently ongoing that unfortunately led to all the data on our system being outdated. This means that any update performed after 17:30 yesterday will have received inaccurate data.
We are currently running an overwrite on the system to bring it back to its state as of yesterday and will proceed to re-run all integrations to get the latest pricing once this is done.
The Widgety system will unfortunately not be accessible until the overwrite is complete. We were given a 1-2h timescale by our server host. This means all Widgets (Cruise Search, Brochure Rack, and Ship iFrames) will be down until the server is back up and running.
We are doing our utmost to get this resolved as soon as possible and are sorry for any and all issues this might mean for you. Unfortunately we highly suggest you do not send any quotes to customers until the issue has been resolved and the data is up to date.
We are actively working on migrating all of our servers to Amazon Webs Server to prevent any such issues going forward.
We will send additional updates as soon as the server is back up, followed by another update once all integrations have been re-run.
